Made-to-Order Production

All of our products are made to order and handcrafted after your purchase is placed. Because each item is individually made, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Production times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping transit times are separate from production times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Impact-Carbon is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Customs processing
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Other circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or has been shipped.
