Refund policy

At Impact Carbon, we want you to be satisfied with your order.

Returns

Non-customized items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, contact us at impactforgedcarbon@gmail.com before sending your item back. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Custom and Personalized Products

Products made specifically for the customer, including custom logos, colors, text, designs, or other personalized options, are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at impactforgedcarbon@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
